CUSTOMER SERVICE

For Customer Service and questions regarding your order, please call Lash Addiction website Customer Service at 1.866.929.8363 between 9AM and 5PM PST, Monday through Friday.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 7:00am PST will be shipped the same day. Processing time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 7am PST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates vary.

We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States online. Please call 1.866.929.8363 to place a phone order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

Overnight and Second Day: Orders must be placed by 7am Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day.

Standard shipping charges are applied. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.

We cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes.

RETURN POLICY

Lash Addiction would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. LashAddiction.com will only accept returns on items purchased through the website with a receipt and order number.

To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at Arjay@reeserobertbeauty.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any used products after that period.

Due to the nature of the product, product boxes must remain unopened and in the original state.
